Decades ago, this offset printer made a strategic investment in the GMI Microcolor remote control system, a decision that has stood the test of time. See bottom of image.
Recently, they upgraded to the cutting-edge GMI Mercury in key color solution, seamlessly integrating with existing ink blades and servo motors. The modern touch screen interface of the Mercury system is visible in the middle of the image.
To enhance color precision, the customer also incorporated the GMI Clarios inline spectral color measuring system. Working in harmony with Mercury, Clarios utilizes inline color bar readings to calculate new in key settings, ensuring accurate closed loop color correction directly on the press. The Clarios touch screen interface can be seen on the right side of the image.
This installation serves as a prime illustration of how GMI consistently safeguards the investments of its global clientele, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction across the industry.
